"The Breton Manor" - Topeka, Kansas

I bought the Manor because it spoke to me.  There is magic in this old home.  I went to Kansas to buy a small farm, but fell in love with this place which is located right in Topeka. I still wish I lived in the country and I hate to admit that I'm not as young as I used to be, but the truth is, this place is plenty big enough for one person and her dogs.

On the other hand, I would not recommend a renovation project to anyone
with a weak heart. Also, from my experience, expecit the project tol take 3 times longer than
anticipated and cost about 5 times more than budgeted.

What can go wrong, DOES!!!!!
