Found no insulation in the house,
so the decision was made to gut the interior of the house.
This is the living room. Small
window
and door next to fireplace will be sealed up.
Windows on south side to be replaced with
8' windows (original size).
Looking towards the kitchen/dining

Stairways to be widened with pillars to
either side.
Living room windows on north side to be
replaced with french doors
This will become a solarium.
Kitchen Entrance - West Side
This is going to be my media room.
It's in the basement and I'm amazed how
much cooler this area stays.
The real basement.
I hope to fix this up as a dog grooming
area.
